These terms govern installation and use of the app by merchants in a Shopify shop. By installing the app from the Shopify App Store or via an install link, you agree to these terms. Shopify’s own terms also apply. Shopify is not a party to this app agreement.
The app is a technical tool only. It provides quantity-based tier pricing per product variant, display in the online store (theme block), and application of the correct price in the cart via a Shopify cart function, provided you have set the app up and placed it in your theme. Features may depend on the plan, for example a product limit on the free plan (currently up to 10 products with tiers) or higher limits on paid plans. The current feature set is described in the App Store listing and in the app.
We are not a law firm. The app, our website, support and any guidance in the app are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. How you implement pricing, discounts, price displays or consumer-protection rules in your shop remains solely your decision or that of your legal counsel. We do not warrant that using the app makes your shop legally compliant.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s Billing API or Managed Pricing. Prices, terms, trials and cancellation options are shown when you select a plan in Shopify and in the app. A free plan may have feature limits. A paid plan starts only if you confirm it in Shopify.
The agreement starts on install. You may uninstall the app in Shopify at any time. That ends use of the app. Already billed Shopify periods follow Shopify’s payment terms. We may suspend access or end the agreement if you breach these terms, misuse the app, or if we cannot continue operation for legal or technical reasons. After uninstall or Shopify compliance webhooks, we delete the shop’s app data as described in the privacy policy.
The app, its code and our copy remain ours or our licensors’. Shop content, product data and settings remain your responsibility.
We aim for stable operation but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, Shopify, hosting or network issues may temporarily limit the app.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded. In particular, where permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, incorrect price displays or consequences of incorrect theme setup.
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy at /privacy.
We may update these terms if the app, the law or our offering changes. The current version is available at this URL. Continued use after publication is acceptance where permitted by law.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Hildesheim, Germany.
